About Proworx

PROWORX is a mentorship-driven training program for dancers pursuing professional cheer and dance opportunities.

Designed to bridge the gap between potential and professional-level preparation, PROWORX helps dancers grow through consistent training, intentional feedback, and community. We created this program for dancers who want more than just choreography — they want structure, accountability, technical growth, and real insight into the standards of the industry.

Dancers can train through one of two paths:

The TEAM
A rehearsal-based training option held on Tuesdays from 7:00–10:00 PM

The PROWORX
Our full training experience, which includes Team + Technique
Tuesdays from 7:00–10:00 PM
Wednesdays from 8:30–10:00 PM

Whether a dancer chooses Team or PROWORX, the goal is the same: to help them become stronger, more confident, more prepared performers in a high-standard and supportive environment.
