About Your Choreographers

Eswinn is a six-season LA Rams Cheerleader with a vibrant professional dance background. His journey has included performing in parades and Stage shows at Disneyland Resort, training in JLO’s intensive Workshop with her elite dancers, and Backup Dancing with artists like Frankie Grande, Tinashe, and KATSEYE . He is now passionately focused on teaching Pro Style Dance Classes, living his dream as a professional dancer and cheerleader.

Alli Fritz is one of the Bay Area's premier choreographers and instructors specializing in Jazz Funk, Pro Dance, and Performance. Her credits include choreographing for multiple teams across the NBA, NFL, and Pro Bowl. Alli is a resident instructor at Full Out Studios in Oakland, the creator and director of the dance intensive program #ExtraAF, and co-director of dance company INQ. Alli is extremely passionate about encouraging her students, and bringing out the inner super star in everyone!

  • PROWORX Mock Auditions are for dancers who want to prepare for pro-style auditions in a more realistic, coached environment. This includes:

    • first-time auditioners

    • returning auditioners

    • dancers looking to sharpen performance, confidence, and audition strategy

  • $60 for a technique session, two dance classes, and feedback from seasoned professionals.

  • Yes — feedback is a core part of the experience.

    We will be using a standard pro cheer audition rubric and score you on the following:

    • Technique

    • Execution

    • Showmanship

    • Presentation

    You’ll receive insights to help you understand what’s working, what needs improvement, and what to focus on before real auditions approximately 1-2 weeks after the mock audition.

  • Audition outfit or a two piece dance attire. 

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within 1-2 business days.

  • We understand that Monday is a week day and traffic is unpredictable. We will accept late arrivals until 6:30pm because this mock audition is meant to be a learning experience (we do not recommend showing late to a real audition).
